Refund Eligibility Before Session Start

Refunds may be requested at any time before the massage session officially begins, including within 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

If payment has been made in advance and the session has not yet started, eligible amounts will be returned through the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.


No Refund After Session Completion

Once a massage session has started and is completed as agreed, refunds are generally not applicable. Completion of the service indicates acceptance of the scheduled treatment.

Clients are encouraged to raise any concerns before or during the session so they can be addressed promptly.


Operational or Service-Related Exceptions

If a session cannot be delivered due to operational reasons on our side, a full refund will be processed. Each refund request is reviewed fairly to ensure transparency and accountability.

Refund decisions may depend on booking compliance, cancellation timing, and adherence to agreed service terms.


Payment & Processing Transparency

Refunds, where applicable, are processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banking or payment provider policies.
