Flexible Appointment Changes

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 30 minutes before the confirmed session time without any penalty. We aim to remain flexible while maintaining fair scheduling practices.

Cancellation After Therapist Dispatch

If a cancellation request is made after the therapist has already been dispatched or has reached the location, cancellation is still permitted. There is no mandatory cancellation fee.

However, if the therapist has already arrived at the home, hotel, or villa, clients may voluntarily choose to cover transportation or taxi charges. This is not required but may be appreciated depending on circumstances.

Same-Day & Urgent Booking Considerations

For same-day or urgent bookings, early communication is strongly encouraged. Last-minute cancellations may impact therapist availability and scheduling for other clients across Dubai.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority to maintain operational balance and fairness.

Communication Requirements

All cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated directly via WhatsApp or phone for immediate confirmation. A booking is considered officially cancelled only after written or verbal acknowledgment from our team.
