Choose your own schedule
Pick your working days, your preferred zones (Marina, Downtown, Palm, JLT, anywhere across the 150+ areas we cover), and your shift hours. Most therapists work 5 to 6 days a week with one full rest day.
Free transport, every shift
A driver picks you up from your accommodation, takes you to each client appointment, and drops you home after the last booking. No metro, no Careem, no walking in 45-degree summer heat carrying a massage table.
Full UAE visa sponsorship
Two-year work visa, Emirates ID, medical, and labour card — all sponsored and paid by us. Renewal handled by our PRO team. We have brought therapists from the Philippines, Thailand, India, Nepal, Indonesia, and Kenya through this exact process.
Paid training, no fees
DHA license preparation classes, plus hands-on training in our 27 service types — Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, Thai, Balinese, Ayurvedic, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, sports recovery, and more. Training pay starts from week one.

After your probation, you get UAE-compliant medical insurance covering hospital stays, prescriptions, and routine checkups across the Aster, Mediclinic, and NMC networks.
